Holliday Brewing

Holliday Brewing is a brewery and full-service restaurant in downtown Inman, started by two brothers from San Diego. They first opened a small nano brewery and taproom at Drayton Mills, outgrew it, and in October 2023 moved to a nearly four-acre property in Inman with a 9,000-square-foot brewery, taproom and restaurant building. House-made beers and hard seltzers share the bar with ciders, wine, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic choices. Indoor seating holds 300 guests, the downstairs taproom has TVs for watching sports, and outdoor seating opens seasonally. Upstairs, the 21-and-over Overlook Lounge has couches, a second bar, a view down onto the brewery and a shelf of board and card games, and guests may bring their own. The kitchen covers burgers, Phillies, wraps, salads, soups and pretzel bites with beer cheese, and Sunday brunch is served. Two rooms can be rented for private events, including one suited to groups with children.
