Bierkeller Brewing Company

Bierkeller Brewing Company is a German-style brewery in Columbia, set near Riverfront Park and the Three Rivers Greenway along the river. Every beer it makes follows German brewing tradition, and the lagers are served straight from the lagering tanks, which keeps them as fresh as possible. The setting is modeled on a traditional German tavern, with an open, welcoming Bierhall indoors and a large, shaded Biergarten outside. German food is served to go with the beer, and wine, cider, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks and juice cover anyone not drinking lager. The brewery is family-friendly, and well-behaved, leashed dogs can join guests in the Biergarten. Regular weekly happenings include a jazz night, trivia and a Friday fish and chips menu, and soccer matches and live music also appear on the calendar. Riverbanks Zoo and downtown museums are close by, making it an easy pairing with a day out.
