Lore Brewing Co.

Lore Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery in Indian Land, founded by Dave and Danielle, a couple who met in Charlotte in 2009 and settled in Indian Land in 2012. After years of homebrewing, they traveled to Colorado to shadow a working brewery and learn commercial production, deciding afterward to open their own. The name draws on the idea of folklore: every person, like every beer, has a story worth passing along, and the brewery invites guests to share theirs. Beer brewed on site fills a rotating tap list, and the bar also mixes cocktails and keeps a good range of non-alcoholic drinks. A full kitchen serves food daily, so it works for dinner as well as a round. The owners built it as a community gathering place open to everyone, and the taproom can be booked for private events.
