Silos Brewing Co.

Silos Brewing Co. opened in October 2021 inside The Silos, a former grain facility in downtown Easley that Continental Grain built between 1947 and 1951. Dixie Milling Company and other grain businesses used it until the mid-1980s, and it stood empty until 2019, when work began turning it into the Silos District, a community space shared by several vendors. The brewery’s founders signed on as part of that effort. Its beer list follows the seasons and local flavors, with year-round beers including a dry Irish stout called Dubliner and the Off the Rails double IPA, plus seasonal releases like a pumpkin stout, and styles that run from crisp pilsners to juicy IPAs. Much of the appeal is outdoors, in a backyard beer garden with hammocks, fire pits and cornhole. Live music, cookouts, outdoor movie nights and fundraisers fill the calendar.
