Wild Heart Brewing

Wild Heart Brewing is a brewery and pizza restaurant in Hartsville that opened in April 2021. Brewer and cofounder Zach Riner first imagined it in the early 2000s, and he built it with cofounder Casey Hancock and a group of local partners who wanted a gathering place that honors the city’s history while helping it grow. Pizza is the centerpiece of the menu, with lunch served several days a week and brunch on Sundays, and the beer is also distributed around South Carolina. Seating is walk-in only, with a text-based waitlist on busy nights, so there is no need to book ahead. A private dining room for 8 to 16 guests can be reserved at no charge. Families are welcome, with cornhole and other yard games, and leashed dogs can join guests in the yard and on the deck.
